Proven Methods.

Measurable Change.

Atlanta’s Trusted Hypnotherapist. Real Results.

Why Eudaimonia:

Eudaimonia comes from an ancient Greek word that means "a life well lived". It’s about living with purpose, growth, and balance. It’s the idea that fulfillment isn’t found in quick fixes but in alignment between how you think, feel, and act. Aristotle believed it to be the highest human good- the end of all means. A flourishing and thriving life through the means of virtue and not from seeking pleasure.

That belief is what this practice was built on.

I started Eudaimonia Hypnosis after seeing how often people know what they want without being able to get there. The struggle has to do with the mind repeating patterns that are no longer supportive. Hypnosis changed that for me, and it’s what I now use to help clients quit smoking, lose weight, manage anxiety, and rebuild confidence from the inside out.

Eudaimonia Hypnosis in Atlanta exists to help people live in alignment with their best selves: clear-minded, capable, and in control of their lives.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness, often referred to as a trance. This state allows individuals to explore thoughts, feelings, and memories that may be hidden from their conscious mind.
  • Does Hypnotherapy Work?

Yes, hypnotherapy has been shown to be effective for various issues, including anxiety, stress management, and behavioral changes. Many clients report positive outcomes after sessions.
  • What is Clinical Hypnotherapy Used For?

Clinical hypnotherapy is used to address a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, phobias, weight loss, smoking cessation, and trauma recovery. It helps individuals tap into their subconscious to facilitate change.
  • How Much Does Hypnotherapy Cost?

The cost of hypnotherapy varies, typically ranging from a few hundred dollars per sessions to thousands depending on the intensity, length, duration and depending on the therapist. There are simply too many variables to apply a one size fits all pricing model.

  • Is Hypnotherapy Covered by Insurance?

Insurance coverage for hypnotherapy varies; some plans cover it while others do not. It often depends on whether the therapy is deemed medically necessary and the specific insurance policy. Most times it is not covered by insurance, but clients prefer this approach versus traditional medicine of pills or addressing symptoms rather than the root cause of the problem, which hypnotherapists are able to discover and help heal during treatment sessions.
