• This appointment cannot be rescheduled without 48 hours' advanced notice, so please select a time during which you are certain you'll be able to attend.
• If you would like to attend in person at our office, be sure to arrive early and allow sufficient time to locate our building and suite. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled and you'll be unable to reschedule.
• If you want to meet remotely, you must be in a quiet place with a strong internet connection where you can focus completely on your conversation. (i.e. not while driving, working, etc)
• If you plan to attend in person, please see the address (3500 Piedmont Rd NE Suite 322, Atlanta, GA 30305) in your confirmation email and arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time to locate parking and navigate to our suite (located inside AmerisBank Building Two, Pure Hypnosis).
